RENEW - Inspiring readings each week and a deep, guided relaxation…eyes closed over, lavender eye pillow in place, nowhere else you need to be... relax...

No yoga experience needed - whether you’re a beginner, regular or returning after a break - you are welcome. Adaptations are routinely offered.

ELEVATE YOUR DAY - Nourishing Yoga for Women

Do you find yourself rushing headlong into your day then petering out? Do you wish you had more energy both for yourself and those around you? This is the class for you.

We start by taking time, "landing", with gentle mindful, somatic-style yoga movement, easing out any morning stiffness and tension, mobilising the body, catching up with the mind.

We move on to very gently energising Hatha Yoga.

In the latter part of the session, we really tune inwards, tending to what the body/mind is asking of us. We press "pause", stop spinning plates and come to a place of stillness, with Restorative Yoga. A chance to re-charge after what, for many women, will have been a restless night/busy early morning.

The key here is supported comfort, allowing the body to release all holding. Women hold so much - this is your opportunity to set it down, re-charge and feel ready to embrace the rest of the day.

I encourage you to commit to a block; offering continuity, connection, and best value - a gift to yourself. If you can't manage one week, I can offer you a previously recorded guided relaxation, or the option to swap to the next Thursday session “Unwind”, space allowing.

Sunday Serenity - Find your Calm with Restorative Yoga

90 minutes of pure Restorative Yoga

Think Deluxe Savasana, in your own yoga nest, with poses held for 5-20 minutes, cocooned in softness.

Expect to be supported by cushions, bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, eye pillow, tucked in, "held" by the support and gently guided towards releasing all sense of holding, striving, doing.

Move into calm and deeply restorative stillness in body, mind and soul

Peace & Joy at Finzean - Yoga Mini-Retreat

Welcome to this festive mini retreat. Enjoy a rejuvenating afternoon of nourishment, inspiration and glorious relaxation. 3 hours just for you, in the serenity of Finzean House.

Gently energising, mobilising yoga to start the afternoon, followed by restorative yoga cocooned in blankets, supported by cushions, blocks and other props, eye pillow in place. Experience deep guided relaxation, inviting the body and mind to embrace true rest.

A chance to recharge.

Enjoy warm drinks in the sitting room, along with legendary Finzean Farm Shop cake. Opportunity to connect, relax, perhaps take a meditative wander in the garden, weather dependent.

Leave feeling replenished, taking away a little keepsake of the day, ready to embrace the festive season.

Flourish at Finzean - Yoga Mini-Retreat

Join me at Finzean House and Gardens for a rejuvenating afternoon of nourishment, inspiration and glorious relaxation. 3 hours just for you.

Gently energising, mobilising yoga to start the afternoon, followed by Yoga Nidra relaxation, inviting the body and mind to awaken into deep rest.

Time to reflect on the year so far with optional guided journalling prompts, looking forward to the rest of the summer.

Enjoy warm and cold drinks, along with legendary Finzean Farm Shop traybakes, in the garden. There'll be time to chat or take a meditative wander, enjoying the tranquility.

Retreat back into the serenity of the lounge for the latter part of the afternoon - 75 minutes of pure Restorative Yoga, cocooned in blankets, supported by cushions, blocks and other props, eye pillow in place.

Peri/Menopause Yoga Workshop & Mini-Retreat

Menopause Yoga Workshop.

A chance to retreat from daily responsibilities for the afternoon and invest in yourself for a change. Whatever stage you're at, you are so welcome. Whether you've been to a workshop before or not, there's always more to learn and share and the wisdom of post-menopausal women can provide an especially vital bridge for another woman to cross validating to both. No matter what stage of menopause you're in, deep rest is key.

Menopause and the run up (Perimenopause) can be a challenging and isolating time for many women, with a sense of loss of self, overwhelmed, poor sleep, anxiety, irritability, brain fog, joint pain, worsening migraine.

Typically, it creeps in from around age 40. Women often realise in retrospect. We're so good at pushing on through, but there's really no need and no medal at the end.

Enjoy gentle, meditative yoga, yielding to stillness in Yin and Restorative yoga. Find deep rest - cocooned in bolsters, blankets, cushions, lavender eye-pillow over the eyes. This is not Instagram yoga - it's yoga for the soul, specifically tailored to menopause.

No yoga experience necessary - just a willingness to give it a go.

Connect in a women's circle, with opportunity to be heard, reflect, share experiences/wisdom/knowledge/vulnerabilities. Contribute as much or as little as you wish.

I will guide and signpost you to discover what lifestyle tweaks work for you.

Every woman is unique. We will all experience this transition in our own individual way.

Develop your own personal toolkit, to better manage your symptoms and safeguard future health.
