ELEVATE YOUR DAY - Nourishing Yoga for Women

Do you find yourself rushing headlong into your day then petering out? Do you wish you had more energy both for yourself and those around you? This is the class for you.

We start by taking time, "landing", with gentle mindful, somatic-style yoga movement, easing out any morning stiffness and tension, mobilising the body, catching up with the mind.

We move on to very gently energising Hatha Yoga.

In the latter part of the session, we really tune inwards, tending to what the body/mind is asking of us. We press "pause", stop spinning plates and come to a place of stillness, with Restorative Yoga. A chance to re-charge after what, for many women, will have been a restless night/busy early morning.

The key here is supported comfort, allowing the body to release all holding. Women hold so much - this is your opportunity to set it down, re-charge and feel ready to embrace the rest of the day.

I encourage you to commit to a block; offering continuity, connection, and best value - a gift to yourself. If you can't manage one week, I can offer you a previously recorded guided relaxation, or the option to swap to the next Thursday session “Unwind”, space allowing.

Drop-in may be available, by arrangement, on a week-by-week basis.
