UNWIND - Nurturing Yoga for Women

Join us to gently move together, unwinding from the day, before yielding into restorative yoga and guided relaxation.
Find your oasis of calm, to unwind your day. 60 minutes just for you. Nurturing body and mind.

REST- Breathwork and guided meditation to help quieten the mind
MOVE - Gentle Hatha Yoga to nourish, support, strengthen.
RESTORE - Super chilled Restorative Yoga with cushions, bolster, blanket... nurturing the nervous system
RENEW - Inspiring readings each week and a deep, guided relaxation…eyes closed over, lavender eye pillow in place, nowhere else you need to be... relax...

No yoga experience needed - whether you’re a beginner, regular or returning after a break - you are welcome. Adaptations are routinely offered.

I encourage you to commit to the block; offering continuity, connection, and best value - a gift to yourself.
If you can't manage one week, I can offer you a previously recorded guided relaxation, or the option to swap to the next Tuesday session “Elevate Your Day”, space allowing.

Drop-in may be available, by arrangement, on a week-by-week basis.
