Come Home To Yourself - An Afternoon Mini Retreat

On International Women's Day, this nourishing afternoon will weave together gentle and restorative yoga, guided meditation, and reflective journaling. We’ll also enjoy Yogi tea and lovingly prepared, nourishing bakes.

Come home to yourself.

I’ll invite you to bring along a photograph of yourself as a child. In the spirit of this year’s IWD theme, “Give to Gain,” we’ll give our time, presence, and gentle attention to our inner world—reconnecting with our younger selves and envisioning our future selves through guided meditation and journalling.

What would your younger self say to you if they could see you now? What might your future self wish for you in this moment? By giving ourselves space to listen, we gain insight, clarity, and a deeper trust in our innate wisdom. Together, we’ll also explore what encouragement we might offer one another—because when women support women, we all gain.
