Take a pause in your week.
We begin by unwinding tension with very gentle movement, moving intuitively into restorative yoga. No rush - we allow time stay in the poses for 10-15 minutes, the body fully supported by props, allowing complete surrender of any sense of holding. Enjoy a long guided relaxation to close. Come round slowly. Leave feeling gently re-charged and deeply relaxed.
Restorative yoga helps the nervous system to down-regulate, accessing deep calm. Peace in body and mind is fundamental to overall wellbeing but can be challenging to access alone. Join me in community to rest well together.
